    What is your class schedule?
    Hours of Operation:
    Monday - Thursday: 6am - 8pm
    Friday: 6am - 5pm
    Saturday: 8am - noon
    Sunday: Closed

    Team Training Schedule:
    Monday - Thursday: 6am, 10am, 6:30pm
    Friday: 6am, 10am

    Do I have to come in to workout every day?
     No. We recommend that you workout on the program 4-5 sessions per week for BEST results.
    If I am out of shape can I still do the program?
    Yes, we have modifications for every exercise and we can scale the workouts to your fitness level.
    Does it include a nutrition plan too?
    Yes, we will tell you exactly what and when to eat so you can easily reach your goals. We also offer completely customized plans for an additional fee.
