Aaron Manes, here. You and I haven’t had the chance to meet in person yet… but I think I know a little something about you.

You’ve been feeling the push to improve your physical health, haven’t you?

It’s probably been going on for a while… that nagging voice in the back of your mind that’s telling you that you really shouldn’t put off getting in shape much longer!
  •  Maybe your doctor has told you that you need to lose weight or get more cardio exercise to avoid serious health problems down the road. 
  •  Perhaps you’ve been feeling self-conscious when you leave the house… and worrying that your clothes fit a little too snugly.
  •   Or, maybe you’re just tired of struggling to do the things you used to enjoy like sports, golf, or just playing with the kids or grandkids.
Whatever the case, you know that you need to join a gym… and probably get some fitness training, too. 

So, why haven’t you done it yet?

If you’re like most people, it really has nothing to do with motivation, or willpower, or any of that. So if you’ve been “beating yourself up” about not getting started with a fitness regimen – STOP IT!
The problem is almost always this:
When people tell me they’ve been putting off getting in shape for a while, I never assume that they’re just lazy, or that they don’t care about their bodies.

That’s because I’ve been around long enough to know the real reason:
Gyms and fitness programs suck for most people!
Now, I don’t say that because they’re bad. They’re just not right for 98% of the people out there.

And here are a few reasons why:
1) Gyms cater to super-athletic types, not ordinary people who just want to get in shape. 
I mean, you’re probably not seriously considering a new career as an Olympic athlete or a professional bodybuilder, right?

So, why on Earth would anyone expect you to be comfortable in a gym or fitness program designed for people who are? Being sandwiched between 20-somethings who look like fitness models isn’t exactly the most motivating feeling in the world.  And when you feel pressured to perform like them… it’s no wonder most people give up after only a couple of months! 

Plus, there’s nobody around to show you how to use the equipment! So you could end up doing exercises completely wrong and risk seriously injuring yourself – which isn’t going to get you any closer to your fitness goals!
2) It’s easy to feel lost in large group fitness classes.
Most gyms offer large group fitness classes that are either included in the cost of membership, or at a small additional cost. These sound great… but if you’ve shown up for one or two of them, you know how exasperating it can be. You can’t hear or see the instructor unless you’re in the front row, so it’s easy to get “lost” and end up leaving out of embarrassment.

Not a great way to stay enthused about fitness at all.
3) Private personal training is expensive
If you want to learn how to choose the best exercises for your goals, and learn how to perform them correctly and safely, you need individualized attention. But, working with a personal trainer can be a costly proposition – you could end up paying between $300 and $700 a month to work with a personal trainer just once a week!

Do I have to come for 30 straight days?
        No. We do recommend that you workout on the program for 3-4 sessions per week for BEST results.
If I am out of shape can I still do the program?
Yes, we have modifications for every exercise and we can scale the workouts to your fitness level.
Does it include a nutrition plan, too?
Yes, we will tell you exactly what and when to eat so you can easily reach your goals. We do offer custom plans if you would like as well!
